Terdapat 5 titik penyelaman yaitu, Batu Hanyut, Pulau Yarifu, Pulau Nukub, Menara Suar, dan Reef Panjang. Pada 5 titik penyelaman tersebut hanya pada 3 titik (P. Yarifu, Menara Suar, dan Reef Panjang) yang dilakukan pengambilan data menggunakan metode <em>P<\/em><em>oint Intercept Transek <\/em>(PIT) untuk melihat kondisi terumbu karang dan <em>Belt Transek <\/em>untuk melihat biomass ikan, sedangkan 2 titik lainnya (P. Nukub dan Batu Hanyut) menggunakan metode <em>explore visual<\/em>. Data yang diambil berupa data tutupan karang, biomass ikan, kehadiran invertebrata, serta biota maupun lokasi yang menarik untuk keperluan perlindungan (sasi) dan wisata bawah laut.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1561462871854\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_inner vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1561923351477\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px; font-family: 'Bahnschrift Light';\">Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu, tutupan karang keras hidup pada Pulau Yarifu sebesar 43% (cukup baik), Menara Suar sebesar 56,3 % (Baik), dan Reef Panjang sebesar 41 % (cukup baik). Hasil pengamatan ikan yang didapatkan pada Pulau Yarifu yaitu didominasi oleh ikan Lalosi (Caesionidae) 560,9 kg\/ha dan ikan Kakap (Lutjanidae) 350,8 kg\/ha, Menara Suar didominasi oleh ikan Lalosi 328,1 kg\/ha dan ikan Kakatua (Scaridae) 357,1 kg\/ha, serta Reef Panjang didominasi oleh ikan Kakap 1551,9 kg\/ha, ikan Lalosi 97,9 kg\/ha dan ikan Bibir Tebal (Haemulidae) 167,8 kg\/ha.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1637905136357\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px; font-family: 'Bahnschrift Light';\">Secara keseluruhan semua lokasi survei memiliki potensi yang sangat baik untuk wisata bawah laut dan berpotensi dijadikan lokasi sasi oleh masyarakat.
